Q: Do I have to go to Unity Spiritual Center to participate in this auction - either as a
donor or buyer? A: No. Anyone is welcome to participate in the auction. Q: How does the Flex Pay Plan work? A: You may spread your payment for items purchased on the night of the auction over several months by paying 25% of the total that night and providing credit card information (secured and destroyed after final payment) on a form authorizing us to charge the payments to your card as outlined on the form. Q: If I use the Flex Pay Plan, do I still get to take all the merchandise I am buying that evening? A: Yes. Q: What happens if I cannot attend the social auction on the 5th but still want to purchase event tickets? A: You may authorize a person to act as your proxy and purchase tickets for you OR we sell remaining tickets after the event until they are sold out. Q: Are there advance ticket sales? A: We do not sell tickets to events in advance as we want to give first choice to attendees. Q: Who do I contact if I want to donate an item or a social event? When is the last date to donate? A: You may contact Mabel Calhoun or Pam Livingston at the church or via the email address [email protected]. The last date to donate is May 1, 2018. Q: When will items and events be published so we can see what is available that night? A: We will be updating this website weekly. Q: Are there refunds if I discover I cannot attend an event I paid for? A: We are unable to give refunds but we encourage you to give your ticket to a friend who may enjoy the event. |
